* All items can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size.
* The shipping cost is non refundable.
* You have 14 days to return the item.
* Item must be returned with tags and original packaging.
* Please email us before returning for authorization and address. Some items require an RMA#
* Email using the contact form under "contact us" or call 916-567-1225 and leave a msg
* Customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not provide return shipping for exchanges.
* We charge a $5 restocking fee for items returned without exchanging.
* We use UPS ground (3-7 business days), you can choose next day delivery and we use USPS for light items.
* Jewelry is shipped by first class (2-10 bus. days), if you need it sooner please let us know
