You look over and you see a lady on a motorcycle cruising in the other lane. Shes wearing leather Chaps or Pants and leather Vests. Her long hair is moving in the wind. So you ask yourself who is this biker chick? Is she like the stories you've been told? wild and untamed? wearing skimpy leather outfits and being crazy. Not likely!
The biker lady could be your child's second grade school teacher! Yes, that's right, a school teacher! or better yet your next door neighbor in your middle class neighborhood. More and more women are riding bikes and the popularity has grown. You use to see a biker babe on the back of the bike behind her man. Not anymore! Biker Babes now ride their own bike and it may even be meaner and louder than their Mans bike! Yep, that's right a biker babe knows how to handle a bike! no stock Harley for them! Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of biker babes that still like to ride behind their man. But believe me this doesn't make them any less of a biker babe. Most of them still know how to ride. They just choose to be close to their man.
That biker babe you see flying past you on a motorcycle is not who you think she is. She is a well educated woman who knows exactly what she wants and she may be a wife or a mom with high morals. She takes care of her family and enjoys riding especially when life gets a little stressful. Riding is like she letting go of everything and just feeling the wind in her hair. Or it may be her only transportation to get her where she needs to go. She may have a full time job and she's just getting off work just like you. Or she may be on her way home to her family.
So the next time you see a lady biker cruising past you on her motorcycle decked out in her Leather gear, give her a smile and show her some respect! because she's just like everyone else in this world with some where to go! Shes no wild child looking for action or trouble. Shes a proud lady who enjoys riding a motorcycle for the pleasure of riding. She enjoys wearing leather Motorcycle Jackets but also wears it for the protection it provides in case her Angel isn't watching over her at the moment. Shes a daughter, a wife or a mother.
