A: All item can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size. You have 14 days from the date you received the product to return it. After 14 days we will issue you store credit towards future purchases. We do not accept returns after 30 days. All items must be returned the same way you received it with tags attached and unworn. If tags have been removed there will be an additional 10% charge and this will be taken from your refund. Shipping is non refundable. Free shipped items still incur a shipping charge and will be deducted form your refund. Also, we charge a $5 restocking fee on all returns not exchanged. Returns and exchanges can take 3-5 days to process. International orders can not exchange their product, refund only. All returns and exchanges are sent back to the distributor and not the return address on the pkg. You must request an rma# which will have instructions on where to return your product. If you did not request an rma# your item will be returned back to you. Q: Do you exchange? and is it free?
